2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days. This is our most cost-effective option, ideal for non-urgent orders.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. For faster delivery, you can select this option at checkout (additional fees apply).
Freight Shipping: For large, heavy items (e.g., oversized rugs, furniture). Estimated delivery in 5-10 business days after processing. A signature may be required upon delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons (e.g., holidays), or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control.
